SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be created and shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. Make sure your name and adress are complete. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As a small brand, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. If you wish to return your item, please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we can offer a different size or store credit. Currently, no refunds are possible.. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Please note that all items are your responsibility until they reach Odette Noëlle, consider using tracked mail. Make sure to retain proof of postage, as we are not liable for pieces that don't reach us.
